26/5/10Our allocation at both campsites is now full, so if you still need a place to camp, go to the Links page for websites of other campsites nearby on Gower. 6/5/10Well, it's happened, Three Cliffs is now full. Joy will now book you into the campsite at Nicholaston Farm for the same price. So you'll be able to pick your own fruit before coming down to enjoy the music! And the festival bus will be returning here at the end of each night. Make your booking as normal and Joy will confirm details with you. See below for details of how to get to this campsite and the postcode. 02/05/10update: Three Cliffs is now fully booked for tents, campervans and
caravans. Contact Joy directly for more camping information: in a
couple of days, we hope to confirm booking arrangements for a second
campsite. 27/04/10update: nearly all caravan places at Three Cliffs now booked, and not
much other space left either. Contact Joy if you want more information.
13/02/10Please
note that our allocation at Three Cliffs campsite was fully booked well
before the festival weekend in 2009. The alternative nearest campsite
is a mile further on down the coast, on the working farmof Nicholaston. This is a lovely, quiet family site, which has a wide range of pick-your-own fruit.
The main Festival
camping is at Three Cliffs Bay Caravan & Camping site, ¼ mile from
the venue by road, with stunning views of Three Cliffs Bay. See their
own website for more information about their facilities. To get to
the campsite by car, drive through Parkmill (past the Heritage Centre
on your right) and up the hill out of the village. At the top of the
hill is Penmaen and the Campsite is down a small lane to the left
(sign-posted). It is quite a sharp turn. Their postcode is SA3 2HB. There
is a footpath down through the woods to the venue, (though this is
unsuitable for wheelchairs or baby buggies). The festival bus goes
back to this campsite at the end of each evening.
There will also be festival camping at Nicholaston Farm. Their postcode is SA3 2HL. To get there, drive straight through Parkmill and up the hill to Penmaen. Carry straight on through Penmaen and the farm campsite is down a lane to the left (signed to the farm and pick your own).
There is a preferential rate for weekend ticket holders, giving three
nights for the price of two, but please note that some categories have changed slightly since last year (see tickets page and booking form). If you are just coming for one or two nights, the prices are as
detailed on the ticket booking form (see tickets page). We have restrictions on the number of places available to the
Festival at the Three Cliffs Bay site. If you book in good time, you
should have no problems. Other campsites locally can be found via our
links page, but our free bus will not be able to take you back to
them.
